Update: Only a week left to go!

With only one week left to go, I thought I'd share a quick update on how it's been going.

So far I've managed to jog/run a mile every day, and I've actually enjoyed most of them :) although some I've definitely had to dig deep to get outside for.

When I started the month, my first run took me just over 14 minutes to complete with quite a few breaks. However, today I managed to smash a new PR with 10 minutes and 6 seconds, and no breaks!! I never dreamed when I started this I'd be close to completing it sub 10 minutes 😊

Finally I would like to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who has donated and supported me  so far,  I am beyond grateful ❤️ my goal was to reach £250 and with your help, I have already smashed that!

Fastest run and first time without stopping! 🎉

Sunday 13th Apr
Today's run was full of highs and lows. For the first time since starting this challenge, I was able to push myself to complete the run without stopping, also making it my fastest run so far 🎉 However, at the end I was hit by a big wave of grief after thinking about how proud dad would have been 💔
