I'm taking on Fans vs Dementia

During a 90-minute match, 30 people in the UK will develop dementia.

I’m taking on Fans vs Dementia and raising funds so that families affected by dementia get the specialist help and advice they need. I would be grateful for your support.

£21 could pay for the telephone costs of fout families calling our free Helpline whenever they need support.

£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Dad. You and mum travelled across the world 34 years ago to adopt a baby boy from Paraguay. It was never easy, for so many reasons..but anything special in life never is.
We are so different in every possible way but I genuinely feel that all my good comes from you and mum, the incredible environment I grew up in, the amazing school you put me in and all the wonderful people I was surrounded by that are now lifelong friends.
You gave me a life, a great life, that many times I self destructed because of my own fears and insecurities. You were Always there. ALWAYS. Through the darkest times that you had no idea how to navigate.
Now you are going through your own storm, and unfortunately its only going to get harder. All I can promise you is that I will look after you. always.
The thing you wished for more than anything - your only child, me, to be happy, healthy, safe, and a good human being - has come true.
Me and mum love you and we will always love you and be by your side. Your a good man and a kind man. Thank you for your love.
